Garden Home Care is a full-service home care agency, licensed with the New York State Department of Health to provide services in Erie County. We are dedicated to providing quality, personalized home care services to elderly and disabled individuals. Our skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate team of professionals offer nursing and personal care services tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
Home Health Aides
Services are provided by a certified home health aide who has completed an approved home health aide training program. The home health aide carries out health care tasks, assistance with personal hygiene, housekeeping tasks, and other supportive tasks, to a patient with health care needs in his/her home. Services are supervised by a registered professional nurse or therapist, ordered by a licensed physician or authorized practitioner, and included in the plan of care
PERSONAL CARE
Services are provided by a certified Personal Care Aide and include assistance with the patient’s personal hygiene, dressing, feeding and household tasks essential to his/her health. The Personal Care Aide performs personal care tasks under the supervision of a registered professional nurse, as ordered by a physician or authorized practitioner and included in the plan of care.
NURSING
Our registered nurses are on call to answer questions, ensure that physicians’ orders are followed, and to provide direction and guidance to home health aides. A nurse is assigned to every one of our cases, whereby the nurse supervises and monitors the care provided to the client by the home health aides and other professionals involved in the patient’s care.
